The Highlight Of The Film Is:
Hrithik’s bravura performance. He is helpless as a lover and threatening as a killing machine. Half a star in the movie-rating is reserved for his all-time best performance here. Yami provides the perfect opposite, complex and super-effective.
Balam ( Kaabil )Review:
Revenge is a dish best served blind is the message Balam
( Kaabil ) serves up.
Balam story is simple and straight. The film starts off on romantic note eventually turns into a revenge drama. We may have seen many such stories but the unique selling point here is that hero(Hrithik Roshan) is blind(visually impaired). It is all Screenplay with clever twists and turns make it somewhat interesting.
Director Sanjay Gupta makes it the gripping thriller with his smart approach. The film has action episode to satisfy Hrithik’s fans.Yami Gautam looked gorgeous and delivers impressive performance.
The script could have been more involving. The supporting cast is not suitably created, we forget them once we are out of the theater. Villains are usually strong than the vision-less hero, but otherwise, they don’t leave any impression. The cinematography is decent and music is average.
“Balam” is undoubtedly Hrithik Roshan‘s career best performance. One of the best movies of Hrithik.
